Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor. ”

“Hotel completamente rinnovato lungo una zona piena di bei locali e ristoranti sul riverside di Brisbane, a due passi dall' iconico Storey bridge. Staff gentilissimo, al mio arrivo mi hanno anche dato l'upgrade ad una camera superior, molto elegante e di design, impeccabile nella pulizia. Shampoo favoloso, per chi è attento anche a questi piccoli dettagli.;) Per chi ha la macchina, non hanno un vero e proprio parcheggio ma lo compensano bene con il valet parking a 49 AUD al giorno. Tornerò...

“Rooms are very old and tired. Shabby, smelly carpet suggests a strong need of renovation. Definitely not worth tue price paid that results too expensive. The hotel is located in a very central and strategic position with direct access to the central station in Brisbane. ”
